Study sesh with Jesus!

Hello to all!!

I have been doing amazing and hope you are all doing the same or better! I was in the water at the beach yesterday for the first time since I've loved Jesus so much and it was like being in a new ocean! =D It was SO BEAUTIFUL!! I started singing worship songs at the top of my voice with my friend Glenn. We were using our boogie boards as drums and Jesus was on the guitar playin wave chords at us. It rocked! We should make an album. =P just kiddin. But I'll never forget that for sure.

So lately I've been doing devotional times in the mornings and it's been rockin' my world. Just continuing to seeks Jesus and think about Him in everything. I like to listen to some Francis Chan, look through my "Staff Devotional" and read my bible. Jesus is teaching me so much through that and through the strength of those around me.

Honestly, some days I don't feel up to devoting my time to Jesus and feeding my soul. This is such a wrestling match between the soul and flesh. I know you all know what I mean. I have been praying that God gives me the strength to say NO to my flesh in these times not only so that I can grow closer to Him through that devotional time, but also, and I think more importantly, so that my flesh can be further trained under my submission with Jesus on my back helping me out. =) My flesh is more of an enemy to me than satan (I don't like to capatilize satan's name. I think it makes him mad and I find joy in that =D) is as I know that satan uses my flesh as his primary tool to drag me down. Praise God that we can be so aware of satan's plans to destroy us. Like a lion he seeks to destroy us.

So, I will pray for mine and all of the teams study habits, that you will all be blessed with wisdom, and the freedom that comes with the renewal of our minds of things that are of God.

****Can't wait for Memorial Day weekend!! WOOHOO!
